• Phone number (required) to create your account and send one-time passwords (OTP) for login.
• First name and last name (optional) if you choose to add them to your profile.
• Date of birth (optional) if you choose to add it to your profile.
• Information used for patient linking (only if you choose to link your account with hospital records), such as details required to match and verify your record.

B. Information collected automatically

• Basic technical/diagnostic information needed to run and secure the App (for example, request timestamps and error information).
• We do not collect analytics at this time.

2How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide OTP-based authentication and allow you to access your account.
• Create and maintain your user profile.
• Link your account to hospital records when you request it.
• Provide App functionality related to hospital services (where available in the App).
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, security, and integrity of the App and our systems.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and audit requirements.

3Where We Store and Process Information

Your information is stored and processed on servers physically located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India (Visakhapatnam Port infrastructure servers).

4Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed:

• OTP/SMS provider (MSG91): We share your phone number and OTP delivery details to send OTP messages.
• Hospital systems / EMR: If you choose to link your account, we use the information necessary to identify and retrieve your relevant hospital records and enable related App features.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect users, our organization, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

5Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the App and maintain system security and compliance. Retention may be longer where required for legal, regulatory, security, or audit purposes.

6Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7Your Choices, Requests, and Grievances

The App does not currently provide in-app account deletion. You can submit an account deletion request through our official support page:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and may provide additional notice within the App where appropriate.
